Ian recently completed work on our mum’s bathroom. He removed the bath and replaced it with a walk-in shower for mum who will shortly be 89 years old. He also carried out some other jobs including fixing the toilet and fitting an outside tap. Contact with both Ian and Nicola was from the outset both professional and sympathetic to mum’s circumstances. It was the same while Ian was working at the house.

We are delighted with the result. The shower is beautiful and just what we were anticipating. It will make life a lot easier for mum in the future.

Although we identified a couple of very minor problems shortly after the work was completed Ian responded very swiftly and fixed them without question.

All in all we are delighted with Ian’s work, the quality of the fittings and the price. We have no hesitation in recommending Ian and will certainly call on him again if the need arises.

Highly recommend Ian Richards, he’s done an excellent job of replacing boards and tray in the en-suite shower room. Also took all rubbish away & cleaned up after himself.
